About Gideon

Meet Gideon, The Coach with a Passion for Life. Gideon joined the Integro team in 2023 and brings an incredible perspective to our team and his clients.

After working in many different business across various industries, Gideon discovered a simple truth: that healthy teamwork dynamics lead to healthy businesses. (Imagine that!) This key insight, alongside a belief that the individual growth of leaders is what propels a company forward, is something Gideon aims to instill in all of his coaching clients—helping them grow their company’s ability to serve the greater good.

Apart from his work at Integro, Gideon is passionate about supporting young men with absent or single fathers. He has four children of his own and a wife, Kayla, and together they enjoy finding ways to serve through their LCBC church in Ephrata.

On a personal note, Gideon loves nature. And whether he’s motorcycling, watching the sunrise on an eastern shore or marveling in the spectacular views from atop a “fourteener” (mountain at least 14K ft tall) he’s living life to the fullest and striving to enjoy each and every step of the way.
