Meet Reuben, an executive business coach who’s ready to help you take back your power.

Administrator of a non-profit since 1995, Reuben co-launched a business at age 21, then climbed the ranks of Eagle Business Management Services (EBMS) customer service, tech support, design, and development to arrive as a Value-Added Reseller, offering third-party support and solutions.

During the twenty years Reuben spent helping companies implement EBMS, he watched many small business owners try to do it all—office management, administration, and production.

The owners were experts. But their power was watered down by a wave of responsibilities they didn’t enjoy—and often didn’t understand. Reuben responded by launching Golden Rule Business Services, providing outsourced solutions to meet this need.

In 2022, Reuben brought his team of proficient EBMS developers and implementors to Integro.

Patient and practical, Reuben loves sitting with leaders in their goal-setting process. He offers solutions that are attainable, then walks beside business owners until success has been achieved.

When not in the office, Reuben serves his community as an EMS crew chief. Booker T. Washington was one of Reuben’s childhood heroes, inspiring a life-ling study of medicinal plants. Reuben is an active member of his church and enjoys opportunities to serve the body of Christ and reach new believers!

Random fact: Reuben’s wife, Jen, grew up in California, so cross-country road trips are not uncommon for their family!
