Chazak Rescue is Monitoring the Well-Being of International First Responders with Custom Software
Imagine having direct access into each of your team member’s mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
Chazak Rescue equips and sends International First Responders around the globe.
Thanks to a growing team, it became paramount the team find a way to monitor the mental, physical, and spiritual health of every person deployed.
So in just a short few weeks, we created a platform to do just this.
While deployed, responders receive a weekly evaluation consisting of ten questions.
Respondents answer each question with a simple happy or sad face.
At the end of the eval, they have the option to leave a recorded answer as well.
Once complete, these answers are stored for close monitoring.
If a person represents negative lifestyle or attitude trends, the Human Resources (HR) department is alerted.
Via an easy-to-use dashboard, HR can easily keep tabs on each person’s mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
They can compare data, view trends, and access individual team member results.
No more falling through the cracks and merely hoping everyone is okay.
Chazak Rescue now has the software needed to closely monitor the well-being of every single team member.
They’ll be alerted when downward trends are detected, and have direct access into each team member’s mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
